Maintenance Options
To deliver worry free operation and minimize the costs
associated with the downtime of mission critical applications, Perle
offers a variety of maintenance levels to suit the unique requirements
of every user. Perle Maintenance Contract Options: Express Replacement,
On-Site 5 x 8 and On-Site 7 x 24, availability will vary by country
and region.

Purchase a Maintenance Contract
For new Perle products (within 7 days of purchase date,) end users
can purchase any Maintenance Contract from Perle's
Value Added Resellers (VARs) or Authorized
Distributors. Products requiring service without a maintenance
contract will incur a surcharge.
To renew a maintenance contract or to purchase a contact
for used Perle products, please contact the Perle maintenace
department.

*Please NOTE: a minimum
$1,000 US surcharge will apply for each product requiring
service not covered under a valid maintenance contract.
